Terms & Conditions

Terms
1. We reserve the right to hold company or personal checks or money orders of $500 or more for 10 business days before releasing shipment of tanning beds.

2. To rush orders greater than $500, personal or company checks may be guaranteed for a service fee of $20.00 based on approval by a check guarantee company.

3. All sales are final. A cancelled order is subject to a 20% processing fee. Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.

4. We reserve the right to change prices and tanning bed designs at any time.

5. Any duplication or reproduction of this catalog without the expressed written consent of ETS, LLC is prohibited.

Shipping
1. We currently ground ship via FedEx®. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

2. All freight will be shipped prepaid unless prior arrangements are made. Delivery options include: gold, silver and bronze services. Some restrictions apply. Ask your sales representative for details.

3. Prepaid orders will be shipped within 36 hours (based on availability) excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Air freight is available upon request.

Returns and Exchanges
In the event of an exchange or a return of your tanning bed, the merchandise would need to be returned in the original package. The shipping and processing fee of 20% (or $20.00) minimum are not available for refund or credit.
  • Electrical parts are non-refundable/ returnable if ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  • For information regarding returns and exchanges. Please refer to your specific Warranty.


Return Material Authorization Numbers
  • Customer must obtain a valid authorization number to indicate the return has been authorized by calling Customer Service at 800-449-3605. That authorization number must be clearly marked on the bottom of the package.
  • The customer prepays all freight charges on items being returned that they have ordered incorrectly.
  • If ETS receives a package containing items not authorized for return. ETS will return the item "as is" back to the customer at the customer?s expense.
  • Packages received without an authorization number will be returned to the customer at the customer?s expense. All matters must be resolved within 30 days.
  • Items must be returned within 45 days once the authorization has been issued.
  • ETS is responsible only for merchandise purchased directly from ETS.


Returns
  • The customer would be responsible for freight both from and to ETS.
  • Items beyond 6 (six) months from date of shipment are not eligible for return.
  • All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in resalable condition.
  • ETS will make that determination after evaluating the returned product. If the product needs to be returned to the customer, it will be at the customer?s expense.
  • ETS may refuse credit for:
    1. Improper installation
    2. Failure to provide suitable operating conditions
    3. Use of product for which it was not designed
    4. Alteration or modification of any part
    5. Abuse, misuse or neglect


Cancellations
  • If the order has not shipped, the customer shall be responsible for a processing fee of 20% (or $20.00 minimum).
  • If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the freight both from and to and a processing fee of 20% (or $20.00 minimum).

Freight Claims and Shipment Damage
If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately on receipt of the package.
